Yes, thanx Stabbe! The song is indeed a Living for Tonite clone...

Thank you for sharing the link Stabbe! Listening to these samples I still have a feeling that Steelfactory's gonna be just another typical .U.D.O. album. Nothing less and nothing more. I don't feel that magical ACCEPT touch what the reviewers are always talking about.

i also think that this will be another typical UDO album, but not from the dreaded -tor era. but i've always liked the fact that i know exactly what i'm going to get from Udo and that's why i became such a fan. sure the songwriting and the music has let us down in the past but we can hear Andrey really shine on these samples. and thinking back to the greatest musical decade ever, the 80's, what were the 2 most important things in the band back then?... the vocals and the guitar. Udo has the most distinctive voice in heavy metal and Andrey really delivers on this album just like he did when he had to do all the guitars on Steelhammer. if there could just be some iconic and memorable lyrics on this album, it might be awesome but i didn't hear anything that stands out lyrically. no giant hook vocals like on the BTTW, R&W, RR, and MH albums.

So I have listened to a half of the album. Mostly its a Decadent -2 and its not bad. What I really miss is agressive and heavy sound. Here we see the same all Steelhammer and Decadent production. Though sounds is razorsharp and well-done.
The atmosphere is joyfull and triumphant.

Out of the official songs released I prefer Living For...Make The Move and One Heart One Soul over Rising High. I also like Rose In The Desert which was played on the radio.

I must add that in the songs I prefer I like the guitar melodies in those songs. It seems that there is more emphasis on guitar melodies/harmonies than say were on Decadent.

I might like this new UDO album more than The Rise Of Chaos by Accept...time will tell.

So, its done. Again and again. My mark is “very good”. Voice : Udo is getting older and his voice is slowly getting lost and not in shape. But you cant find another guy who can do it better. Perfect. Guitar : Andrey has overcome my expectations. I had many doubts as Kasperi had left the band and I liked Bill Hudson’s guitar very much. And now I am to say that Andrey did it all for right. Great guitar arrangements , changings magor to minor. He cant do such outstanding soloes like Mathias Dieth or Wolf but he looks even better rhan them in arrangements. Bass : I mark it “very good” cause of a pair of AcccpT-like tracks with rich bass. Drums : what can I say slow and that s what my main claim is. Sven is only 24 and this band needs a grown-up drummimg. So this album is a very good combinatiom of traditional UDO stuff , stylistically a mix of Decadent , Accept and Faceless World. But I miss such tracks like “Take my medicine” with plenty of them on Steelhammer and I hope I shall get them “in your face” on the next album
