Yesterday I was boxing. Not the real one, but exercise boxing or what ever the name is in English. There you only hit into the marked gloves. We karate guys call that stuff point-glove

To other than Tomcat...ushiro mawashi geri is the last one.

alright!!! good luck to you and your team! First basketball training game was quiet good. I practiced football (soccer) and bicycle in summer, so physically I felt very well yesterday. But the ball had fall out from hands too often

mika: You meant other than Luna and Tomcat, didn't you? By the way, you know the ancient karate slogan: Your foot is always at hand

She sends a big HELLO to you. Actually Luna said that you have missed her name By the way in my opinion the correct name of that kick is ushiro uramawashi geri... And here's Luna showing you how to make that:

Yeah, I am not going to argue with that. It has been such a long time that I last time was in the dojo. I might have forgotten some things. ;D

Hi guys... this wekk 2 running sessions. Monday: Long distance running (including some hills) with a friend. Distance: 11 Km. Time: 56 min. Average speed: about 11 Km/h. Quite slow that morning... my friend is a bit out of shape. Today: Long distance running (including only 1 hill) with another friend. Distance: 11 Km. Time: 1 hour 6 min. Average speed: about 10 Km/h. Really slow this evening... my other friend is a bit out of shape. I even did get tired Next week I'll run alone... so times will get better Hope gettin' back to my "usual" average speed of 12 to 14 km/h

wow, you're fast!
My record for 10 kilometers was 57 minutes, but that was one year ago, so I'm slower nowadays.

I use to running 10 km. in 50 minutes (including some hills... you know, it is harder) when I do it alone. I'll try to get better marks, now I'm not in my best moment after the kidney surgery and so on... Hope getting better day by day BTW Rikke... how many days you go outside running?
