Some running 10 kms. in 50 minutes... so... an average time of 5 minutes per km. The average speed was about 12 km/h. Today was the "easy" route with only few "climbing" parts during the running session.

You can see in this pic that the route is 1'5 km. among the city (the first part)... the rest takes place in the outskirts and by the river side. Just from km. 7,5 to 10th takes place across the city, but in the river side From km. 2,5 to 4 is "climbing" part and the rest is easy one... just plain and more plain

I delivered morning papers today in the night time...it lasted about 4 hours. 54 floors I had to climb (elevatorless apartment houses) and I think the kilometres I walked and rode with bicycle are about 15 km. I think the papers all in all were over 200kg.
But yeah I know that isn't exactly sports...but it feels like that. It also reduces blood sugar level better than 1 hour of running.

I've been a yoga guy since January 2010. Before that I'd been a karate guy (reached black belt in 2008) for twenty-some years.
A car hit me in 1986 and my left knee injured. Doctors advised me to quit karate but I didn't... But karate wasn't good for my bad knee so I had to quit it finally in 2009. Since then I've been a yoga guy.

Oh no my Friend. It'll never be the same again. My joints are totally "worn out". I "erased" the surfaces practising the karate movements. Unfortunately you can't rebuild cartilage. But thanx for the kind words

Wow man... I know some guy who trains with me that eats some Shark Cartilage to regenerate faster muscles and cartilages. It also can repair them!!
Anyway... I hope you can find a solution to fix your knee.

well, if drumming can be considered a "sport", i practiced that for 2 hours today. retouched all of the "big 3" albums on the sit down kit. R&W, BTTW, RR. i know, i left out MH, but i just wasn't in the mood for that album tonight. playing was a lot of fun and great exercise!
