Sport is life!! I go to the gym 5m days a week about two hours each day. I do all kind of work, with machines, hand weights and also running, spinning.... Sometimes I also go running open air and I want to buy a bicycle. I also try to have a healthy nutrition because it´s also very important. It´s all because I wanna be like Bobby Blitz from OVERKILL when I get his age (53) ;D

Cool Samu!! You seem to be a complete sportman I do gym (weightlifting and machines), swimming and a lot of running... but... I hate spinning!! LOL

Spinning is very hard and sometimes hateful, I know, but it´s very good to eliminate fats and to get a strong legs Today I have a hard body circuit at the gym, I don´t know if I´m gonna be able to end it but I have to try.

you can do it brother. hang in there and be strong. whatever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

just give them some muscle milk and they'll stop whining!! I do not use those "gym proteines" LOL. I try to eat "natural" stuff you know; real food. I do not like those "Termina-TOR gym guys"... and less becoming one of 'em!!! LOL I try to increase my strenght & resistence every day; avoiding that ugly muscle growing (just the necesary)... don't wanna look like uncle Arny Scharzenneger LOL

LOL John Well, this evening I run 9 kms. with a friend today... quite slow; he's some out of shape and needs some help to get started on this again
