Sorry Brother but searching for the highlights on Rev-Craptor is something like searching for the best moments of colonoscopy... Yes, the best moment is when the whole thing is over. Hilarious Tomcat!

you should do another clip of all the songs that start with the guitar slide down the neck... like rev-raptor renegade dr. death rock 'n' roll soldiers terrorvision Or you could also do another clip where you mash up "Rev-Raptor", "Renegade", "Terrorvision", and "Motor-Borg" along with "Speed Demon" from Dominator and come up with one continuous song. After all, all 4 pretty much have the same primary riff. You could also do the same with "Rock and Roll Soldiers" and "Black and White".

Ok, I am going to be heretical now and actually list some things that I actually like and enjoy about Rev-Raptor.
Igor's solos overall are at their best on this album. I especially like his solos on "Dr. Death", "Pain Man", and "Motor-Borg".
I actually enjoy "I Give As Good As I Get", "Dr. Death", "Pain Man", and "Fairytales of Victory". Even though I do have to imagine hearing real drums and a less synthetic guitar sound when I listen to them.

It would be awsome if UDO released two versions of their albums, one who is produced by Stefan, and another produced by Andy Sneap, Roy Z or someone else who uses real guitars, drums and basses in their albums. I feel that Roy Z did some great work on Halford IV: Made of Metal, that albums is packed with raw energy and real musicians Roy Z is such an underrated producer. He's also an underrated guitar player in my opinion, but that's for another topic. Just listen to his production of the Bruce Dickinson solo albums, Ravenous from Wolf, Judas Priest's Angel of Retribution, the Halford albums, and even the last Sepultura album, Kairos. He's among my top 5 in terms of producers right now. Although it will never happen, I would love for Stefan K to take a step back from production and hand the reins over to someone like Roy, Andy Sneap, Kevin Shirley (producer of the last 4 Maiden Albums, some Dream Theater, Black Country Communion), or even Martin Birch if he's still producing albums these days.

i agree doc, it seems igor was allowed a little bit more freedom to play some good solo's on that album. if there is one thing that makes the album even somewhat listenable, besides Udo's voice of course, is some of the solo's.

Nothing wrong in particular with that song; it just doesn't quite stand out to me as much as the other 4 songs that I mentioned.

Haven't listened to Rev-Raptor for a really long time - and I won't do that, even though you guys said some interesting things about that album that maybe would be cool to check... But I just don't want another colonoscopy

There are some good moments like verse+chorus in True born winners...Fairy tales of victory is a decent tune, like the title track too. But I don't want to listen this album anymore. It's so crappy, next one must be better..even a little bit. Hard to imagine it could be worse. RR includes so insolent recycling of band's own material that they cannot fall down more... I hope they listen to Stalingrad... Roy Z would be great producer. But U.D.O. is Stefan's band now...

Every order we receive until April 8th, 2012 (midnight) will get a bonus item for free. The bonus item depends on the value of the order. If your order is below 25,- Euro you will get a smaller present (but still nice) and if the value of your order is more than 25,- Euro you will get a even bigger surprise."
