These are rumours circulating the net right now...Dissection mainman Jon Nödtveidt dead, due commiting suicide. Rumours found on blabbermouth and as we all know these information shouldn't be taken too seriously, but the Dissection forum is down right now also, which seems odd. Dissection mainman dead?

I've enjoyed (and will enjoy in the future too!) Dissection's music very much indeed, never been into the ideology of the band and Jon's past isn't the most pretty one. All the albums made by Dissection are great! Committing suicide...I don't know...for now I just feel disappointment...met the guy a year ago, nice fellow, got my albums signed, shaked hands etc. It's always sad when someone ends his/her life by own hand, no matter(?) how a person has lived his/her life in the past... Their latest effort Reinkaos is d**n fine album, everything seemed going for the better, but it seemed odd when they announced that their gig in 24th of June (Stockholm) would be their last (they'd just released a new album and only one gig planned- a few gigs were cancelled though)...therefore the suicide might have been all planned out by him quite a time before, the signs are quite obvious when looking at them now...too late...too late... ...and he's not the only one! Former In Battle drummer also ended his life almost simultaneously in Sweden ( www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=56747)...and there are more(!) rumours about a certain black metal guy killing himself (not cofirmed yet, therefore no names for now...) What a frigg is happening here in Sweden?!?!

I bet this whole wave of suicides has a deeper meaning, like for iinstance it could be telling us there is something real f****d up in the Swedish society right now?? This is not good at all...

Yeah, something ain't right. Jon killed himself as a part of a ritual. This is also something I am fed up with, all this crap with satanic rituals, so tired of it...it's getting out of control. Someone said once about the mayhem and chaos in Black Metal music in Scandinavia, according to this source it was due to the "non-violent" enviroment, youngsters seek for excitement because the living in Scandinavia is too even and safe. Hey! Why don't these kids bungy jump or dive from high cliffs? I don't get it...well, maybe I am not supposed to either...

Let's just hope the killing stream ends there!

I guess we all also remember or know the suicide of the Helloween drummer Ingo Swichtenberg: he went under a train.
