This isn't a joke and this has happened in my home town in the 60's or so, but it is funny.
A fine lady stepped into a bus. She saw that somebody was drinking liquor at the back part of the bus. She went back to the driver and asked in a whisper: - is it allowed to drink liquor in the bus?
The bus driver answered also in a whisper: - Yes you can, if you drink the way that nobody sees it.
