I have the book. I always wanted to have an Accept Biography or similar. The book is good in my opinion... although, as a fanatic, I wanted more and more!!! Thanks Martin!

Btw, i have the book since last summer. What can i say I better am to place here some shots. from one hand its mostly a compilation of or previous press. From the other hand i like the atmosphere of the book - retired business man deiceded to spend the second part of his professional life being a metal writer. As the boy with metal head was still safe and sound, restless and live. He is not a die-hard Accept beast-inside, but his metal heart will die unplugged, that's for sure. Reading it all yiunrealise that this guy really was in with the band. What is interesting is his view from north America : fair, sometimes funny and smart. He was a part of main target group for the band and we can see hot it looked like from that side. He looks like a " yes-man" for the new Accept, he even likes Mark singing very much. I feel it a different way - today's accept is really " the accept of a healthy man" and mark does his job very good, some old tracks have got new breath and are not worse than classics (!) But - as for voice, still Udo easily gets to my soul. And another thing that is worth mentioning is that mr martin popoff decided to all the all sides of it, including intrigues and etc. To me it was hard to read some lines, i was like " stop digging in the dirt, digging in the dirt! ". From the other hand, mirror never lies.

Still reading the book. The book of faith - still its not the final end. Its looks like -what can i say when all is said and done many times before. But when I jump down into it I feel like meeting old good times.
Its great to have musicians opinion about the past decades.
For instance, Wolf : " We were far not so big like some people think. Of cause we had journalists and the following around us but the albums were not the sellers. In fact our image was bigger than discs sold".

Funny that Wolf says so...they sold millions of records. They were and still are for example one of the most famous metal bands in Finland. For example Metal Heart and Russian Roulette were in top three charts in Finland. Naturally the amounts were not so high in Finland. Despite selling well in Finland they were not media sexy in Finland at all.
And they should not forget their influence on metal scene which was huge.

It feels like they went to US in the times when metal was of fashion. So the band felt the spirit of rich-n-famous being on the same stage with kiss. Like they recall : " we supported kiss and it was a show just for families and friends, about 3.000 people". Looks like " little town in China with not more than a million habitants".
Probably Accept saw by there own eyes what it means to aim high.
And that picture came to life for the band only as lirycs of the so-called ttack. Ye, 25 guitars and a million dollar car.
Wolf and his pack tried to take it to the stars high. And they were one step to fate.
Funny that the same evening ( 3000 kissed people ) Accept played with TT quick as a support act in a different club. The success of Accept for tt quick was like success of kiss for accept. Not true-to-life plan.
