Today I phoned to my boss concerning one meeting memo which I had to write. I wrote to it some criticism to the whole organization and toward him. And my criticism was justified. But he couldn't take it. So he started to be unpleasant toward me on the phone. I just told to him how the things really are and it's opposite to his assumption. Things may be theoritically the way he said, but not in practise. Still he had to be nasty.

Once again this headline was authenticated in a meeting yesterday. I had had some complain from a customer which was proven wrong. And boss just said: you don't need to take the things personally. H-e-l-l I will if the things aren't true.

A lot of times customer complaints ruin my day too. I sometimes drink a beer on that, but on the other hand I drink a beer for a lot of reasons...

I must be lucky, I work for the monster Chris Willis! I'm not even sure why he is a coach? He's big enough to be a lineman for the Columbus Destroyers. He knows what he's doing and he's fair... that's all I can basically ask for. And phuck customer service jobs! Just assign me to my module, give me the labels, and let me throw my 5000 cases of freight, and stay the heck out of Joe Schlared's way. I can't be in a high communicating job... that's why I won't go after a merge operator position or management. Unfortunately, I'll have to leave Willis when a 1A job comes up on the board. This weekend schedual with being home bored during the week is too old now.
