Mika you said so good I have nothing to add! Death Row is the number one album ever by any band (only Russian Roulette can match). Kippis and Salud for the review Mika! I'm speechless...

Maybe we Europeans just like the aggressiviness of Death Row. ;D I just want to know one or more thrash metal band which could reach the power of Accept's Death Row cd. And the review I made it's the way I see it. Death Row is/was the same kind of power package as was R&W at 1982. In my mind Death Row cd broadened the concept of trad.heavy metal.

I must say Death Row has never been a favourite of mine. I mean there are good songs, but I don't really like that hardcore sound. I read an interview long time ago when Wolf speaks about sounding like Pantera somehow... ...and this was the result... I prefer the sound on Predator over Death Row, but that's me. I also seem to be a little different when it comes to the songs on Death Row. Most people like Sodom & Gommorah, Guns r Us, Bad Religion and the title track, I don't really like them. Dead On is my Death Row favourite, but not many people seem to like that song. Generation Clash II is also a song I'd like to hear live. Stone Evil and What Else are great songs and the groovy The Beast Inside is good. So for me Death Row has some very good songs, and some songs not that good, and a sound I don't like that very much. I mean it doesn't suck, but for me it surely does not rock that much either. So like I use to say sometimes, it's good we humans do not always have the same taste, what a booring world it would be!

One thing I also like to add is that on Dead On I think there's a very cool verse lyricly:
Death is irreversible, no matter what we try Life is not recyclable, we are born to die
Perhaps my Accept favourite...

it's good we humans do not always have the same taste, what a booring world it would be! Yeah, that's right. And this thing just goes to show that Accept is a marvellous and versatile band. Hmm...am I the only one who likes the ballad Writing On The Wall? BTW, Dead On is a great song.

actually, i like 'dead on' a lot also. and the twisted sister album 'love is for suckers' is good too. i play it all the time, especially when i'm working around the house. my 2 favorite 'work' cd's are 'love is for suckers' and childs play's only album 'childs play'. they are both albums that have good tunes but not tunes that you have to stop to listen to!

i always thought that was a good thing about death row, was the aggressive guitar sound on the album! but that was when pantera was really kicking ass and we all know that wolf likes to follow the trend of the day. example.... back when the scorps were making tons of money from those ballads, and wol... err, well, Accept fired udo because they wanted to do more ballads....
