i'll have to check that out. as for myself, i've been watching 6 Feet Under which is a dark show about a family who owns a mortuary. it stars the same guy from dexter. i don't like his character in this show because he's gay. i guess that doesn't bother me so much but they are very graphic about it and that makes me uncomfortable. i don't mind seeing naked women in movies but i don't like seeing naked men.

Ah yes, THAT program. I remember seeing some episodes when I was young. Never caught on with me, though others absolutely love it. Probably because it started a tad before my time but also because I like a show that moves more than that one.
Try seeing if you can find episodes of "The Lone Ranger" TV series. On I think 11 years, starting in 1949. Yes, its a kids show and particularly appeals to the 12 and under crowd but they were usually really well made and I find them quite watchable. Clayton Moore was basically born for the part (he stated that once he got that part, he found he didn't want any other), although the "contract dispute" sub, John Hart, also worked well in the role and with his deeper voice, perhaps was even the better choice.

personally, i can't handle either of those shows. they are just too slow for me, but almost everybody i know likes both of them. enjoy!!! i'm not binge watching anything right now. i switched back to regular television for a little while but i'm sure i'll get hooked on something again soon!

John: Go find "'Allo 'Allo" REALLY funny for the first three seasons and then it just got weird.

Thought it might have been on the BBC service but that is apparently limited to just a relative handful and excludes that show. Looks like Amazon Prime is where that one can be found. You can probably also find it on YouTube, I 'spose but I bought the DVDs several years back. Anyway, its a 1980s British comedy from the same folks who did "Are You Being Served?" Its set in a small village in WWII France and stars Gordon Kaye (he had a brief appearance on "Served" as a Greek something-or-other and as "Candid Cameron") as a hapless cafe owner roped into events he'd rather not be part of while just trying to keep his head during the German occupation. The show takes no prisoners and avoids absolutely no stereotypes or over-the-top gags.
