ok, so most of you know the story about me asking Sabaton to come visit my neighbor who is and WWII P.O.W. and Bataan Death March survivor. he's now 94. he was 92 then. when they came here to arizona on tour, i asked them to take some time and visit with Harold and get his story and write a song about him. they just couldn't find the time. not even an hour. not even a half an hour. so now they have just released a song about some guy from texas who suffered post traumatic stress syndrome. so what makes his story any better than Harold's?!?! Harold is a friggin survivor of one of the worst parts of the war!! i can only think of one thing that was worse. d**n mutha fukker i'm pissed. fukk sabaton in the a$$ from now on. they will not get a penny of my money or a good word of praise from me ever again. and by the way, what does the irish friggin guitar riff have to do with a guy from texas?!

The artwork of their lates album Heroes has been made by a Hungarian guy (and also the artwork for Carolus Rex). I've heard that the guy wanted a Hungarian flag to be on the cover of the album but finally Sabaton changed that...
Alrighty, I'm not against them as I haven't ever been against them. I just don't like and don't care about them.

Listened this new album, it has it's moments. I feel neutral about this - and the previous - Sabaton album(s). Nothing really interesting for me.

i had to listen to the Carolus Rex album saturday night on the way to the gig because my radio is having reception issues and there was nothing else in the truck. that album is very underwhelming and although i can find a couple of pure sabaton moments on it, there is not enough to keep me interested in the band. especially with the issues that i have with them personally. it's a shame too because i was a big fan for a while there.

Funny though, I loved Carolus Rex, but didn't like their latest one, except for two songs.

There was a Finnish Championship games this weekend in athletics. One of the camera persons showed one guy from the audience wearing a Sabaton shirt.
