Why you are not so happy? It is just the title.

It's not that I ain't happy Actually I am really happy to get the new stuff from ACCEPT in April next year. It's just I find this title... hmmm... what can I say? "strange". This title makes me think that the new album is going to be a concept album... or that the lyrics are going to be about historical topics. And it's strange in case of ACCEPT But let's see what happens. I remember the times when they used Teutonic Terror as working title for Blood of the Nations...

I was thinking maybe they will deal with the topic war and other critical issues, which then again is typically Accept. However Accept has always been on the side of the people who are in a way oppressed. Balls To The Wall: slaves, people with problems; Russian Roulette: people who are victims of war one way or the other, media criticism about the war; Death Row: the insanity in the world etc. BTW; Sabaton has a song called Stalingrad.

and Udo sent me a signed pic of the band from Stalingrad while they were on the Holy tour. but everytime i hear that name, i cannot help but think of joseph stalin. a brutal, ruthless, and worthless dictator.
i have to say i am disappointed by the title too and hope that it's just a "working" title.

STALINGRAD
A german group remembering the disaster of their army at II WW. Maybe they want to criticize this and another horrible disaster.
I like "one word" tittles in general (except Dominator-Raptor ;D)

Just found this great news on accept-archive and here. Wow, I have tears of a clown on my face . Hahaha. What is a Stalingrad for me ( meaning close to battle near Moscow ) a final line. Do or die. Total sacrifies against world agression in desperate conditions. And full triunph. Checkmate. and Udo sent me a signed pic of the band from Stalingrad while they were on the Holy tour. but everytime i hear that name, i cannot help but think of joseph stalin. a brutal, ruthless, and worthless dictator. i have to say i am disappointed by the title too and hope that it's just a "working" title. I know that globe is square for Americans sometimes 1.Dictator? Dictatorship at definition is a state without law. Soviet Union had Constitution. 2.Ruthless? In 1945 US made two atomic bombings of peacefull cities in Japan, burned Dresden with 200.000 German refujees and no army . Afroamericans had less right then whites. And Stalin was ruthless? 3. Worthless? Cherchill called Stalin " a great man who took peasant Russia and left it with atomic bomb". John, buddy, rely on facts . Or propaganda will decieve You.
