yeah, there would be very little "support" there otherwise.

maybe around 400 or so people. the floor was full but not packed, and the balcony was roped off so no one was up there.
there was a constant line at the merch table and nearly everyone was wearing one of the new shirts.

A statement from Accept as follows :
Peter Baltes 8:29am May 8
Unfortunately Herman had an Accident during last nights show in San Antonio. He tripped and landed hard on his back. Even though he managed to finish the Show his pain became unbearable as we arrived in Houston. He was taken to the Emergency Room where the Doctors discovered four broken Ribs and a punctured Lung. He will remain at the hospital for now.
Peter Baltes 8:29am May 8
Considering his condition his spirit is great and we all need to give our support to him as he recovers from his Injuries. In the meantime the Band will continue the Tour and Herman will rejoin us as soon as he is all healed up and good to go.
Fast recovery to Hermann !

I just read about this from the Accept forum. This is really sad news. I really wonder how on earth he could play the show to the end with punctured lung! Broken ribs will heal in two months but I do not have a clue how long time a lung would demand for the recovery. I just hope he will recover before the Sauna open air show. This is terrible: Frank T was hurt and now Herman Frank. Thank God there are not more Franks in that band's team.

mika, Don't even mention that disgusting place to me again please ! Jeno I didn't mention it to you personally. If so, I would have sent you a private message to your pm box. I just wrote where I read that piece of news first.

Mandy Meyer is available... But he could challenge Wolf too much, so that is not going to happen. I just hope that Herman will recover soon. I am afraid of the one certain thing. If they do not take any replacement, I just hope Wolf doesn't decide again that Accept will manage with one guitar if the sick leave of Herman lasts 6 moths or more. Hey, I just got a magnificent idea: KK Downing likes Accept's music and isn't no longer in Judas Priest.

Wolf said that ACCEPT is about the twin guitar attacks, so let's hope they won't go ahead as a four piece band... I saw some guys in the ACCEPT forum talked about KK as a replacement
