Honestly deep inside I belive that not many fans really think so. Also am I very sure the coming ACCEPT album will not reach that level neither. It takes a lot. A d-a-m-n lot!!! You can be angry with me if you want to, but I think it's weird... Reallity proves you wrong. Ppl have different tastes and opinions. The albums get great reviews by the critics, the last few albums sold well and they have enough ppl coming to their shows so that they can tour regulary. They're doing something right.

I gave it a 10!!!!,,,,,but I'm not rating it against older accept or udo stuff,,,,that I will do a year from now on,,,,,,I rate it against all the other crap music comes out nowadays,,,,,,,like iron maiden,acdc,judas,hammerfall,,,,,4 bands i like a lot but their latest albums are just a friggin disaster.
and you guys talking about the sound,(computer sound???) ,,I've been playing dominator loud,,,very loud all weekend,,,,expecally the drum sound is perfect i think. Play pleasure in the darkroom loud,,,,and please tell me what wrong with that sound,,,and give me some examples of good sounding albums you like!

Good sounding albums? TimeBomb is my alltime favourite. Listen to THOSE drums! Also really like the sound of The Shadow Cabinet by Wuthering Heights. And take a listen to the Violator album of Lechery! That is a guitarsound my Friend! Don't get me wrong Donglas. I don't wanna fight and don't want to persuade anyone to hate .U.D.O. Actually I envy you of loving this sound. It's just I've grown up on classic Heavy Metal and I don't like the new style of my lifetime idol.

I think the main point here is among us devoted U.D.O./Accept fans that we are too close to the music. We want classic stuff, we want everything to be perfect, we want real sounding drum sound, we want genious guitar solos, we want metal to be honest metal without studio gimmicks, we want music which sends shivers down to our spine and last but not least we want to get the same kind of feeling as we got in the first 20 years of Accept. It is really hard to top, say Mean Machine or Holy/Solid. The state of metal is not so high as it was in the 80's. However the next generation 15 - 20 years old or so, is thrilled about U.D.O. There are quite many new fans who may reflect the things to the present. Compared to that it is not that bad. As far as the critics are concerned they do not have a passionate relationship to U.D.O. They get many, many cd:s that they have to make a review of. Among them U.D.O. stands out. I think the reviewers don't concentrate to the detailed things. Nowadays it doesn't seem to be so important to have good guitar solos, I think it is more riff orientated nowdays. Blah, blah, funny thing BTW is that Virpi likes the songs we've heard so far and she isn't actually a U.D.O. fan. Another thing: some people may like the new sound world of U.D.O., albeit to some of us it's a disaster, at least the drum sound.

True. As I said before: .U.D.O. don't play to us old fans anymore... Now they have new fans.
