Here's the logo (a very weak thing if you ask me): And the news: "After announcing his „good bye Accept tour“ for 2016 during the Wacken press conference held last week Udo Dirkschneider reveals the new logo for this very special tour.
The tour is called „BACK TO THE ROOTS TOUR 2016“
First tourdates to be announced soon!"

I'm so sick of R stylized to Я But actually it's an OK logo. Hopefully there will be Russian dated for the Back To The Roots tour, but for me Decadent tour is more important.

Pretty cool, I love the fact that they're doing the tour as Dirkschneider, not as U.D.O. There's no doubt they will play all the hits (well, the main four - Balls, Metal Heart, Princess, Shark), but since it is a full show of Accept songs I'm quite sure that they will put some rare ones in there. I'd love to hear Winterdreams and Neon Nights, but actually pretty much anything would be nice since I have never had a chance to see Accept with Udo. So I'm even happy for Restless and Wild and stuff like that. I'll probably put together my dream setlist or something when I have more time.
I just hope they'll come to Estonia with that, I'm afraid I can't afford to go abroad to see them. We have some problems with promoters right now, nobody brings in metal bands anymore...

Jeff seems like a nice guy, but I have a feeling he is probably pretty frustrated with dealing with the U.D.O. camp. I have emailed with him about the promised U.S. "Decadent" tour and he was responsive but ultimately, as you can see, nada.
I really think that this is the only shot that those of us in the U.S. and likely Canada as well will get to see Udo live. That said, I think it's a 50/50 shot that this tour will come here.
However, I think the fact that Accept hasn't toured over here (I'm not counting the 4 "warm-up" shows after "Blind Rage" came out as an actual tour) since 2012 and hasn't shown any signs of announcing tour dates soon increases the likelihood that Udo would decide to bring the tour here (in his mind it would be a little FU to Wolf and Peter, which seems to him to be an important thing for him to do) with the assumption that it would do well. If what online media sites like Blabbermouth are correct and there really is a competition between the two camps (rather than a media and fan generated one), this will hopefully lead to Accept finally getting their act together and doing a "Blind Rage" tour over here. This reminds me a bit of the old 1980s Ozzy/Black Sabbath (i.e., Tony Iommi) feud. I don't know if any of you guys know the stories about the dueling North American "No Rest For The Wicked"/"Headless Cross" tours where as soon as Sharon found out about the planned Sabbath tour, she routed the Ozzy tour to have dates within a week of the planned Sabbath dates, and then paid people to tear down posters advertising the Sabbath shows. This plan actually contributed to the massive failure of the North American "Headless Cross" tour, leading to Tony pulling the tour after only 7 shows in Canada, New York and New England.

There was one mistake at that page...the name is Dirkschneider, not U.D.O.

I do hope Tampere will be in one of those tour dates. And Százhalombatta as well... OK, let it be Budapest. By the way, it's still not clear to me if the band around Udo will be .U.D.O. or he will get some hired guns... I saw Harrson Young's statement today on FB: " Today, I would like to officially announce that I will not be taking part in Udo's upcoming "Dirkschneider" tour in 2016, wherein he will perform his Accept era songs one final time.
I am still thrilled to be a member of U.D.O. and am looking forward to playing all remaining shows with them until the end of this year. I will continue with U.D.O. in 2017 when the current lineup reforms to take the world by storm once again. Until then, look for some exciting new tour dates soon at my website,www.harrisonyoungmusic.com along with ongoing news about all my current and former projects.
I'd like to thank Udo and the band once again for an excellent first festival season together and wish them a heartfelt congratulations on this exciting new project!"Does "I'd like to thank Udo and the band once again for an excellent first festival season together and wish them a heartfelt congratulations on this exciting new project" mean that musicians of .U.D.O. will be there with Udo on the Back to the Roots Tour or does he still talking about the Wacken project?

He- he, in 87 Udo used his name for the solo project, now he uses his name for the same aim to me logo has lack of power. Hope music will be powerful, though it's impossible to compete Accept in Accept material today. I am still under influence of December gig of Accept in Moscow .

@csaba: as far as I understand I think the Dirkschneider line-up is the same UDO line-up as now with the exception of Harrison Young (Accept songs don't call for a keyboardist).
