After listenning to Leatherhead and Rock'n'Roll Soldiers I think Rev-Raptor is gonna be pretty good album. The sound is terrible but I can get over it. They did some little changes in their style of composing and I like it. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

exactly. all these classic bands have some crap albums. priest hasn't come back yet and probably won't. hopefully u.d.o. does come back, but it's going to have to be with a producer to take over the band the way andy sneap did with Accept. and stefan is just going to have to swallow it and LISTEN to what he is asked to do! until then, this rutt will continue. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) I disagree about Judas Priest. I love Nostradamus. The atmosphere, the sound, the story behind those songs, the way how they mixed together symphonic metal and typical Priest style. Simply love it! But I definitely agree that U.D.O. need to change a producer. Michael Wagener is the man!

No, we like it because is f.u.c.k.i.n.g. Rocks so much we couldn't believe it. I remember whatching youtube the comments under the Tornillo's auditions (-Mark was sick anyway when they recorded that demo)like "No Udo No Accept, Who is thi guy, Where is Udo"... And Now you read under songs like Rolling Thunder, Pandemic, No Shelter, BOTN etc: Album of the year , Masterpiece, Metal at its Best, Who is Udo etc....the truth is that BOTN rocks and the new UDO "music" is really bad, but so bad that I don't want to listen to it anymore and it put me in a bad mood. I cannot believe that a metal fan doesn't like BOTN because it's metal at its best. Maybe you still have some prejudice about the new Accept. never said i didnt like it fanboy just not album of decade .you must be one of those metallica fans that can't admit St Anger sucked ahhahah!LOL! I'm not a fan boy! ahah! And ST Anger sucks really bad!!! But BOTN rocks man!!! I was sceptical but I was wrong! Man...I was really wrong!!!

To me it is sorry! Just compare the bad stuff from Priest for example or almost any other band. I didn't like for example Predator, but I love BOTN. To me it is the first Accept album which hasn't got one bad song. So that's one of the reasons I like it - nothing else! Imagine over 70 minutes of music and not a single bad track. Can you say another example in your mind by any band, even on this millennium? Mika I like Sabatons albums better I olso like Blaze Bayleys last two better . I dont think it sucks its good but not amazing I think that Silicon Messiah is the best Blaze album! One of the best of teh new millenium for sure. Tenth Dimension, Blood & Belief and The man who would not die were also great! The last one is pretty good but not as great IMHO.

The Blaze stuff is awesome, the last album is not as good as the rest of them, but still I wish U.D.O.'d be able to releas an album even just one quarter as good as Promise and Terror and I'd probably love it. Based on what I've heard so far (Leatherhead and Rock'n'Roll Soldiers) that's not going to happen... ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png) But I'm happy to hear U.D.O. is doing great as a band and selling more copies than ever before. Ecosentric as I am the stuff I wrote above just presents my personal selfish wishes. Long live U.D.O. nevertheless!

Andris got this message regarding the new ep "...Sorry, Andris, but Udo's inspiration seems to come to an end. "Dominator" suffers from lack of inspiration, "Black And White" is "I Don't Wanna Be Like You" part II, songs like "Infected", "Black And White" or the new "Leatherhead" have a very simple chorus. So sad, but it looks like the bag is empty..."

I guess you do not like classical music, meanstreet? I find plenty of classical music influence on Accept, a thing which always appeals to me, if it has been done professionally.

I found a touch of classical music influence even on Mean Machine. For example the solo of We're History went before the era of neoclassical Metal.

And I always liked the solo part of Mean Machine and especially at the end part just before the chorus, which is classical music influenced in the best possible way. Udo also sing in some parts really well on MM. For example on SLC: ...when our love was so sweeeeet. <--I've always loved that. One of the best vocal parts in the history of rock music in SLC.
