I prefer Herman Frank over Jörg Fischer. Always have, always will.

What does Jorg have to do with Death Raw ? Jeno Nothing! ;D All of the albums mentioned are the ones Jörg didn't have anything to do. I say this again: if Jörg would have been a mastermind he would have done lots of music, even more than Herman Frank. This tells all of his laziness. Period and end of this discussion on my behalf. amen to that brother. he's a person that would rather ride on coattails than do something on his own. although there is not necessarily anything wrong with that, we just have to realize that he's not been a very important part of Accept. just a silent member.

we just have to realize that he's not been a very important part of Accept. just a silent member. I don´t agree this time with you my friend, that is the same that if we say Ian Hill hasn´t been important in Judas Priest history... because only co-wrote 2 o 3 songs in the 70s... well, it doesn´t matter, he has been the bass player since the very beggining, and is a good bass player for Priest music, so he is important. The composers are always the most important, but all are. The same for Jörg... he was a nice guitar player, able to play the complicated melodies for ACCEPT, and he had a good presence in scene... so he was important, was 8 years in the band and co-wrote songs... all of them were important!! I don´t know why this discussion about the role and importance of the members!! The only thing I can´t stand is Wolf Hoffman´s attitude when he says "all was done by me, gaby and Peter", his anxiety of total control and all merits... because that a lie. But I think we can´t follow his attitude, it´s stupid. We musn´t be like at ACCEPT´s forum, where most of people follows Hoffman´s attitude and undervalue Udo, Stefan and Jorg... for them this three members never were very important (OH MY GOD!!!!!) only Hoffman, Peter and Gaby are ACCEPT, and now Herman, Mark and Stefan Schwarzmann... I really don´t know what kind of ACCEPT´s fans are them

Samui am totally with.. i think that Jörg as a musician, who was part of such a successful period like ACCEPT had with BREAKER - RUSSIAN ROULETTE (maybe there was a break of recording BALLS and half of the tour) can never be unimportant for a band. his playing and acting on stage was eye-to-eye to wolf and they BOTH created the band's image of the two burning flying V guitars!!! and what you said about the ACCEPT forum and the topics about Udo vs Wolf, who is wrong, who is right... it is frigging boring! it was always aquestion of chemistry in the band, there were always 2 "camps" and this was maybe the special thing about the music that made ACCEPT so different and so special to all the rest!!! the new songs are ok but they are not ACCEPT, this is mostly the ordinary "powerchord riffing" that does not stand for the classics as fastshark, neonnights, princess, Balls, londonleatherboys, Metalheart and so on... i wish them luck, but it is not as GREAT and OVERWHELMING as they described it. i think they will put out a good record because anything else would be disapointing! and i hope for Udo and Stefan to kick some FAT ASSES with more GREAT ALBUMS to come!!!

Agree with Samu. Jörg was important in ACCEPT. As I wrote it he played the solo of Living for Tonite and half of the solo of Wrong is Right. And those are brilliant ones! OK maybe he was lazy and didn't have the ability to compose music but he was a great guitarist in ACCEPT. He couldn't make good music with other bands. That's true. I think he couldn't find another band with such a good chemistry like it was in ACCEPT. But for example Mathias Dieth was a guitar hero in .U.D.O. because of the good chemistry between him and Udo - and his other works with GraveStone or Ape were not more than average.
