That became clear also from interviews. I must say I love this metal guitar playing meets classical orchestra. Wolf has already done a melodic classical album, this time it is time for metal meets classical album.

New interview with Wolf (there are plenty of them nowadays). Two things I'd like to comment: Rock Overdose: Do you have any plans about the [next ACCEPT] albums’ sound? Will it be any different from the last album?Wolf Hoffmann: No, I think it’s going to be exactly like the other albums. We don’t want to sound any different, this is our goal. I think we found the perfect team and sound and we don’t want to change anything. We just want to continue to build on this legacy of the last three albums and our goal is to get better. The last album was really good and it went to number one in Germany. Of course you can’t go better from number one but still the goal is to have the best possible songs. Tomcat: You should change Andy Sneap - or at least the way you think about how an ACCEPT album should sound. I don't have anything against Andy but the sound you guys create together with him. It's more Hard Rock than Heavy Metal. But ACCEPT is Heavy Metal so you should have a rawer sound.Rock Overdose: What should the fans wait from these [Sabaton with ACCEPT as special guest] shows?Wolf Hoffmann: We haven’t discussed about what we will play but I know that it will be outside from the regular touring because we toured a lot for the “Blind Rage”. It will be something special for sure, but we are more focused on the new album now. But it will be something special, definitely. Tomcat: Yes I hope it will something special and not a simple best of ACCEPT set with the big four and Up to the Limit...

There are always these quarrels about Accept and Udo or Wolf and Udo. Just see how alike they are in some things, for example the way of thinking about the production/sound thing. The sound world is great, so we stick with the same producer from year to year. I just hope Accept won't fall into the same trap: the same producer year after year and you become blind to the soundworld and production. Luckily Wolf and co haven't gone to the copypaste stuff.

I think he is in both camps. At least he was hanging with UDO guys just before the Dirkschneider shows.

now he's eating away at both bands from within. grrrrrrrrrrr i don't know about keeping the songs and sound the same. i remember buying BR and playing it maybe twice and putting it away. i don't even think i ripped it to mp3 for my player. let me check. yes, i guess i did. so the songs come on my player at random. i sure don't search them out.

Now I have the opinion about the album. I listened to it several times. Firstly I was surprised by lack of guitars and metal sound. But soon I got its spirit - monumental and classical. Now I find it very good that Wolf feels himself strong enough as a musician to make a step aside from metal , or blues like he did on Classical album , into pure Classics.

My hands grabbed the book of Martin Popoff -
Though the pics are black-n-white and the paper is too soft I like it.
Firstly , Udo is on the back cover. Its a breakthrough for todays Accept media.
The main complaint for the book is no exclusives in it. From the other hand, Accept deserved its Book Of Faith. Now I hold it in my hand.

i don't know why but i just don't have excitement about this album anymore. Well, it is a good album but it has weak moments. This is the song that didn't make it to the album. I do not like that track at all. There are two tracks on the new solo album that I do not like.

You can find the Wolf Hoffmann solo album unreleased song here: It is the one Devin Townsend plays in. Wolf says: "Devin Townsend played a bass track for me. Unfortunately, that track did not even make it onto the album yet because there were some legal issues. It’s a great track which broke my heart that we couldn’t make it on the album, we will release it soon. It’s “Romeo And Juliet”, by Prokofiev, it’s “Dance Of The Knights”, it’s almost one of my favourites and Devin Townsend played an amazing bass track on it.
“The problem is that the author has only been dead 68 or close to 70 years, something like that, so it’s not quite over the limit of where it becomes public domain. So, instead of taking any chances, the label decided to ask for permission and the permission never came, because it was dragging on and on and on. And in the meantime they decided we have to go ahead and release the album without the track. And now of course we got the permission from the family to use it, but it’s too late now, the album’s already printed.
“The song turned out really good and so it’s too bad it didn’t make it – it fit on there really well, it rounded it off even more. But hey, it is what it is and sometimes you gotta move on and suck it up, what else can you do."
