Wow, "Talvisota" - what a great name Does it mean "Winter War"? Is it the title of a war movie? Sun Tzu was a strategist in the ancient China (I'm sure he's "the Chinese man - as wise as he was old" in The Bullet and the Bomb) and the title of his book about war was The Art of War.

Wow, "Talvisota" - what a great name Does it mean "Winter War"? Is it the title of a war movie? Yes it means winter war, but the song isn't about the movie Talvisota, but it is about the war between Finland and Soviet Union 30th of November 1939 and 13th Of March 1940. That was a very significant for the independence of Finland. Without that war Finland could be a part of Russia now. So about the meaning: Sabaton shows their respect to Finland with that song I think. Sabaton singer said to us Finns in Sauna Open Air festival that we "Finns have guts that Swedish people didn't have during the WWII".

I also think this is a really strong song. I think this song sounds more mature than thier earlier songs, they really have evolved in the right direction. The only complain i have is that the intro sounds a little bit to much as Savatage's Gutter Ballet. It dosn't really bother that much but it's still there.

John Dee, UDO had a gig there last year! Didnt get in! That's too bad. I missed U.D.O. last year because the gig I was about to go to was cancelled. There will be another chances for us for sure! Happy National Day by the way!

And no Finland on the tour. I am really surprised because Sabaton got a great response from the audience in Finland. The front of the stage has never been even so crowded at the Sabaton gig said the vocalist. Here's the photo from Sauna Open last year.
