i was really into lordi there for about a month, but after getting all of the music, i realized it followed the same patterns song after song and it got old for me. although songs like hard rock halleluia are still really cool. I noticed that too, though the new album, that also contains the They Only Come Out at Night tune, still has a lot of good tunes and TOCOaN is one of them.

I like Lordi's Arockalypse quite much. It is even better than UDO's Mission No X, more rock so to speak. I don't like Lordi's other albums. To me Hard Rock Hallelujah isn't so good, there are 5 better songs on that album.

I must say that the live playing of Lordi is so much of ahead of WASP and Twisted Sister. But TS live show is great however. To have a great show doesn't necessarily mean the same thing as to have great playing skills. Jeno, you should see Lordi in live action as far as playing skills are concerned. To me always the most important thing for a metal band is to be able to play well in live situation. WASP, Helloween aren't such bands, but Accept, U.D.O. and Krokus for sure are. At the very moment the best live band is Krokus. In 2004 it was UDO, 2005 Accept and 2006 Krokus.

i've heard krokus kicks ass these days. i saw them back in about 1983 opening for kiss i think. that they rocked so hard, the power went out!!! when it came back on, they were saying "krokus is too high energy even for the colesium!!!" it was great.
