So there's a new single on the 19 th of April. Hopefully the song will be better than the artwork. It's rather a (weak) Grave Digger artwork for me. Seems like anything can be an ACCEPT album cover nowadays

Yeah, it does not look like an Accept cover at all.

i was also kinda shocked to see it. i didn't think it was the real cover at first. i thought it was some fan made thing. it's so out of character for them. maybe the lose of peter has allowed this kind of stuff now?!?

As I understand the situation - Accept has already released a single togetherwith Symponic Terror programme . Which looks good.
This one looks to be awefully designed. And it looks strange that the new track is not included in concert tracklist.
So to me the only reason for this release is to declare : Wolf gonna go on unde the name of Accept without Peter. Despite of that Wolf is the only veteran Accept member.
The title looks like a message to Baltes : “Life s b..ch, Peter “ .
Still there s another side of it - UDO is not less Accept today than LoneWolf’s band.
UDO has “original voice” of. Accept. And Accept does have just a guitar of Accept.

I can relate to your opinion Stas and seeing the point. However I still like Accept being around despite that there's only Wolf left of the classic line-up. I love Wolf's guitar playing which is unique and precise. No one can reach that level he has. And even if someone could reach him in guitar playing, Wolf still has that kind of style that appeals to me. I am glad Accept will carry on, but at the same time I am sad there is no Peter anymore. Btw, there is one important person there too behind Accept. And that human being is Gaby Hoffmann. I could also go that far to say that without het the story of Accept and Accept reloaded would not have lasted as long as it has. When Gaby became a manager of Accept 1982 or 1983, the world wide success began. Speaking more about Wolf. My mother liked his guitar playing, mostly his solo stuff. So in a way if Wolf and Accept will carry on it also carries my mother's remembrance alive to me. Yes Wolf's guitar playing will always carry the reminiscence alive.

I am to agree on Wolf’s playing, Mika. I listen to Symph Terror and , like all the others live Accept albums, I like lives more than studio ones.
My most claim is the title. Probably “Hoffmann” would sound more fair. Looks like Wolf doesnt want to take his chances for once more as finallly he is going strong under good old banner .

well, i've always wished that this new version of Accept would've gone by a different name, and now that it's the Lone Wolf project, that hasn't changed for me at all. i'm just hoping for more aggression and power in the new songs from this point forward. i think that will not happen though either.

To me Accept has always been the most important band for me (with UDO, too), so when Wolf and co just carry on I am happy. And there are many bands around who use the old band name even though there might be only one original member. Btw, Finnish power metallers Stratovarius has zero original band members left and they still continue with the name Stratovarius.

While agreeing with mika at maximum level about Wolf's playing there's one thing that gives me no peace. As they still don't have any official bassplayer I think this song is not a new one. In other words it's nothing more than a leftover from The Rise of Chaos album. Which doesn't sound good at all...

i haven't even heard it yet, but i'm not seeking it out either. if it finds me, then i'll listen, but i don't have any interest in hearing it. that's pretty sad too because Accept has been my favorite band for so many years.

By the way, also .U.D.O. lacks aggression nowadays.
