After Stalingrad, they put out a real good album! Not as good as Blood of the Nations, but very nice! Blood of the Nations - 9,5 (I don't know why not 10, I just simply don't give 10 to anything or anyone). Stalingrad - 4 Blind Rage- 7,5

i agree. giving out a 10 is tough because that means that they couldn't have possibly done anything better. and to me, The Abyss, ugh... could be a LOT better! that song is the anchor that weighs the album down. i also agree pretty much with your ranking of the albums.

Can't agree. For me Blind Rage is the best one of the Tor(nillo) era albums. Still don't get the hype around Blood of the Nations. There are 4 excellent or awesome tunes on that while almost all the songs on Blind Rage (exceptions are Stampede and Dying Breed) are excellent/awesome/very good/killer.

I'm glad you like it more than me, then that album can get the more of the deserved attention than I could give. As for Blood of the Nations, it was heavy, "fresh" but classic, but for me, Blind Rage is too melodic (it's funny because you know, Helloween is my favorite band) despite of it's title.

It is interesting how Accept albums divide opinions among the fans. Some people love Metal Heart album, I don't. For me BOTN album kicks arse, because the songs are heavy and the guitar solos are long and good. Plus for me BOTN album is the only Accept album where I like all the songs. Stalingrad was a let down to me. Blind Rage was a leap forward after Stalingrad.

Yes boys, I have fallen in love with Blind Rage totally. About the title, no the music is not as agressive as the title and the cover. Haven't read the lyrics (since I still don't have my own copy of the CD) but maybe they are about things that make people angry... I don't know.
