Someone asked in one of the comments: "How is the rest comparing to "Stampede" ? Cause I didn't like the song and I'm really curious about this record."And the answer: "Stampede is fairly representative of the sound of Blind Rage, at least in terms of delivery. I do think that "Stampede" is closer in style to the last two albums where songwriting is concerned, whereas the rest of the album sounds much more like early '80s Accept. I happened to really like "Stampede," but if you didn't there is still hope for the album."So there's hope.

I agree too. Not very surprising song. And I think that the epic intro doesn't fit to the song when it starts because it's absolutely different. I think Tornillos period's fire is beginning to extinguish....

I guess there is always hope. But it seems a slim chance. It looks like they spent a lot of money on the video for Stampede. Why would they waste all of their time, money, and effort of a so-so song? If the rest of the songs on the album are that much better and they seem to be proud to be going back to their roots of the 1980's, then why not release a different song and put their money into a video for it? It does not make fiscal sense.

If it so, I reelly wonder why put a generic song for the video. Is it the only reason because it is a fast song. Fast in a sense that it is no mid-tempo song.
