That's for sure. Songs on Steelhammer are simply better than songs on Stalingrad.

I agree. "Stalingrad" is an album that I finally like two or three songs. For me it's a BOTN clone but not so brilliant and surprising, and boring in many moments.
"Steelhammer" is better for me too, indeed. And Udo's voice is still amazing, sound like always before, even better that the last U.D.O. albums. Mark Tornillo.... all of you know that I never liked his voice.

Definitely! Stalingrad is a very boring album for me! I've listened it only 6-7 times maximum... nowhere to Steelhammer.

for me U.D.O. wins. ACCEPT lost the spirit in my opinion. they have big success but the whole thing lost the feeling... especially on stage ACCEPT seems to me more a 2 Man-group with peter and wolf than a real band. U.D.O. or Udo takes the new guys with him, gives them time to present theirselves but at first they seem to be a whole band, not only a one-man show.. i am looking very positive in the future for U.D.O.

UDO uses both guitars very well and that far more impressive to me.

Stalingrad: released 2012
Steelhammer: released 2013
in our memory is more recent Steelhammer and that is "dangerous" about to decide what album is better.
Stalingrad, Hung..., Helfire, Flash to bang time, Against the world are BAD Songs? I ask all of you: what do you want?... or tittle track Steelhammer is the "BEST HEAVY METAL TRACK IN HISTORY? No, it´s only a good song.
I suppose anybody here will buy next Accept album...

i'm guessing everybody here will buy the next accept album. heck, i've lost count of how many BOTN albums i've bought since it came out. probably between 15 - 20? but i know for sure how many stalingrad albums i've bought. one. i just wasn't impressed with it even from day one.

I think is more important that Udo realised what were the fans expectations, regarding the direction/production of band's music.Surely U.D.O fans were more pleasantly surprised by Steelhammer than Accept's fans by Stalingrad.Anyway the competition brought out the best of UDO this time. I remember I wrote to Peter on Accept forum praising Steelhammer and hoping will be more carefully with new album (not exactly with these words ). In this moment U.D.O delivers on stage exactly what the fans want

I pointed that Steelhammer is a real challenge for the next ACCEPT album and I meant they should do a better album than Stalingrad. He didn't answer. But I don't need it.The new album will be the answer.

the album will be the answer. i agree. i also begged members of Accept for more dual guitar work and more guitar riffs. stalingrad was just too melodic and the riffs were few and far between for my taste.

Aye. More riffs and more twin guitar attacks. Less ego...
As Mark said in an interview, there are Balls to the Wall and Metal Heart-like riffs on the forthcoming one. We have to use the old phrase we used so many times for .U.D.O. You know what phrase I mean.
