it can't be that hard!! sometimes you get all caught up in the studio world and forget what real music is all about. looks like that's where kaufmann is. he's in plug-in heaven and has to make sure that we hear them all on the albums now. i don't want to hear plug-ins. i don't want to hear computers. i want to hear 5 creative people making creative music. i don't want to pay for shortcuts. i want to pay for a kickass heavy metal record. is that too much to ask?

I also agree with you John. A band creating music is... MUSIC made by human; no by those hellish "Casiotronics Tor-men-tor" machines I love when I listen to any of the old ones recorded by a human drummer... hope the next step of the B.A.N.D. is to allow Mr. Jovino recording the drums BTW... I'll buy the Sofia DVD just for watching the band playing music LIVE by humans alive!!

still, 1/3 of the songs are old Accept songs. i was surprised by a couple of the older songs in there though like neon nights and break the rules. i don't know if they usually play those or not because u.d.o. hasn't been here in 12 years, but it's cool to see them in the setlist.

BlueRay rocks.
Though for screens less 42" DVD is better.

Neon Nights is not a surprise. The flashes were Break the Rules and Two Faced Woman - just the two they didn't play here in Hungary By the way here is some additional info. The DVD / Blu-Ray will contain the following bonus material: - two dia shows (live & tour) - mini making-Of Sofia - videoclip "I Give As Good As I Get" - videoclip "Leatherhead" - making-Of videoclips

well, we've all seen the videoclips and haven't we also seen the "making of" the video clips? seems like we have. i will probably buy this though because this seems to be the setlist that has lasted and will be the setlist in the future. and the band can't get any better. they are already tighter than two coats of paint. so this could be the "peak" of this era. might as well get it. i'd love that wacken video though along with some behind the scenes stuff.

^And now this time it is so much cooler than Udo's voice is in better shape than on Mastercutor Alive.
