I just discovered this on Youtube yesterday. Although at first you wouldn't necessarily think that Udo's voice would go well with this kind of ballad, it actually does IMO. Plus, since I'm of Russian heritage, it's kind of cool to try to remember my Russian and try to decipher the lyrics. I listened to some of the other songs from this band (Aria) on Youtube today. A lot of it is a little too similar to Iron Maiden (on the verge of musical plagiarism in some songs), but they have a few excellent songs as well. .... check this out ...Udo on vocals Hell of a song! This and The Longer You Can Wait are Masterpieces . Alex would have been the perfect guitarplayer for U.D.O. . Unfortunately now he's gone and he will be missed !

Great song! If U.D.O. songs nowadays sound like this it will be great! I like that album title in Spanish "Prohibido el paso" (something like "Forbidden entry" or "No entry)

A Norwegian guy doing a solo project, Asgeir got his EP and recognized some of the names of the artists who helped out on the album. The names that struck me most was David Reece ...and Ralf Scheepers. Pretty good for one unknown guy with nothing but a sh*tload of material and an email account www.facebook.com/memorialforawish?sk=app_178091127385#!/memorialforawish?sk=info

I saw Mike Vescera and Göran Edman are also on the list... Two amazing singers!!! Both of them sang in Yngwie Malmsteen band. Mike Vescera was in a band in the 80´s called OBSSESSION, from USA. Then he sang in two albums of the Japanese band LOUDNESS (1989, 1991) and two Yngwie Malmsteen albums in the 90s (1994, 1996). Lately he reunited Obssession. Goran Edman was in a band called Madison (Sweden) in the 80s, melodic Heavy Metal. Then he was the singer in some Yngwie Malmsteen albums in the 90s too ("Eclipse" from 1990 and "Fire and Ice" from 1992). Also in other many bands and projects.
